We started our day Sunday with cereal for breakfast. Then we broke down camp and said goodbye to Jaime, who had to return to Nellis AFB. The rest of us returned to the rim of the Grand Canyon. We went through a photography/illustration exhibit and gift shops and enjoyed another view of the rim. 
Dad kept promising bathrooms, but we had a hard time finding some. This was a tiny bathroom, but had stalls and everything.
We decided to check out some ruins, but were disappointed because there wasn't much there. Our last stop in the park was the Desert View Watchtower.
It gave us some great views of the canyon.
Shortly beyond the Watchtower, we exited the park and made our way back to
Flagstaff to pick up I-40E.
Now I'm started to get a little more bummed that I'm not along on the trip; I had been doing pretty well with that.
